Unfortunately, we do not undertake non-warranty maintenance or repairs. If your query relates to a maintenance issue and your joinery is not under warranty with us, we recommend contacting a specialty window repair provider such as Exceed, or Joinery Hardware if you’re looking for replacement components or parts.
