Aluminium Joinery Fabricator

Due a staff member moving abroad, we’ve currently got an opening for an experienced and ambitious aluminium window fabricator.

Our factory is moving towards a lean manufacturing model, so we’re looking for someone who is adaptable and open to new ideas/ways of working. It’s also important you enjoy being part of a team; we work hard and you’ll be expected to pull your weight, support the people working alongside you, and not ‘leave it to someone else’.  Someone with experience in frame or door assembly would be ideal but if you’ve been working in glazing or sash, we’d also like to hear from you. Plenty of scope for progression for the right person; we like to promote from within whenever possible and if you’re good at what you do, we’ll recognise you for it. An apprenticeship (new or continued) is also possible for the right person.
